Refund Policy

Effective Date: 20 February 2024

Full refund

• If an individual pays fees but the student does not attend school at all, a full refund of all fees paid will be issued, minus the registration fee and a 5% penalty.
• The registration fee is non-refundable.
• The 5% penalty is a processing fee to cover administrative costs.

Partial refund

• If a child has paid full fees and attends school but is withdrawn within 21 school days, a 50% discount will be issued on tuition, maintenance, and extracurricular fees.
• The 50% discount is calculated based on the number of days the child attended school.

No refund

• If a child with full fees paid is withdrawn within the term but has attended more than 21 school days, no refund will be issued.
• This is because the child has already received the benefit of the education and services provided by the school.
• The 5% penalty is a processing fee to cover administrative costs.

Additional Information

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the school's administration office.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the child's withdrawal from school.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the school receiving the refund request.
