Refund Policy

Full refund

If an individual pays fees but the student does not attend school at
all, a full refund of all fees paid will be issued, minus the
registration fee and a 5% penalty.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- The 5% penalty is a processing fee to cover administrative costs.
Partial refund

If a child has paid full fees and attends school but is withdrawn within
21 school days, a 50% discount will be issued on tuition, maintenance,
and extracurricular fees.

The 50% discount is calculated based on the number of days the child
attended school.
No refund

If a child with full fees paid is withdrawn within the term but has
attended more than 21 school days, no refund will be issued.

This is because the child has already received the benefit of the
education and services provided by the school.
- The 5% penalty is a processing fee to cover administrative costs.
Additional Information

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the school's
administration office.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the child's
withdrawal from school.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the school receiving the
refund request.
